Privacy Policy

This website supports the teaching services of Shahab Yakoob, known as Sir Shahab Yakoob. You can browse lessons, courses, resources, and student stories without signing in. You can also register interest in a course, use Google sign-in for the free student dashboard, preview learning resources, or open email and WhatsApp contact links.

We keep collection focused on what is needed to manage course enquiries, provide dashboard access, and understand how the site is used.

• To help place you in the right AS or A2 Mathematics course.
• To contact you about enrolment, class details, resources, and related support when you have asked us to do so.
• To create and maintain your student dashboard profile.
• To improve the website and understand general usage.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect pages viewed, approximate location based on your IP address, device and browser details, and the referrer that brought you to the site.

Google processes this information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.

Supabase provides authentication, session management, and the database used for course registrations, student profiles, and dashboard resource records. Google provides the optional sign-in process. We receive your Google name and email address, but we never see or store your Google password.

Authenticated resource previews can load files from Google Drive. Opening a Drive preview connects your browser to Google, but it does not give this site access to your personal Drive.

When you submit a course registration, Resend sends a copy of the registration details to the site administrator. This includes the details you entered, and your email address may be used as the reply address when you provide one.

Google hosts the YouTube thumbnails and videos linked from the homepage. Meta provides the Instagram reel embeds and WhatsApp. An Instagram embed loads only after you choose to play it. Email links open your email service, and the published contact address is hosted by Gmail. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, or device when their content is loaded or you open a link.

Supabase uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. The dashboard may store your onboarding choice and sidebar preference in cookies. Registration details can be held briefly in local storage so your phone number and selected course can be carried into dashboard setup, and a submission timestamp is stored to prevent an immediate duplicate registration screen. The foundation-program notice uses session storage to remember when you dismiss it during the current browser session.

You can browse the public site without signing in, skip the optional dashboard phone field, block analytics cookies, or stop using the dashboard. You can ask to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing shahabyakoob.math@gmail.com. You can also ask us to stop course follow-up messages.

Many people using this site are school students. If you are under the age of consent in your country, please involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information, registering for a course, or creating a dashboard account.

We may update this policy when the site or its services change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
